However, due to historical twists, this Eastern treasure has yet to fully shine on the international stage. AGARLIFE’s founder, Owen Luo, has been working in cross-border trade for over a decade, traveling the world and understanding the rhythms of international markets. During a trip back home, he was reintroduced to the enchanting aroma of agarwood from his hometown, Dianbai. He realized that this was not only a gift from nature but also a cultural heritage that should not be buried by time. Thus, AGARLIFE was born, aiming to let the world rediscover the unique value of Chinese agarwood and share this Eastern fragrance globally. To achieve this, we have assembled a passionate team of international trade experts and artisans who have inherited the art of agarwood cultivation for generations. Rooted in ancient methods, we integrate modern craftsmanship and consider the needs of the Middle East, striving to present the pure and profound essence of the East.

Owen Luo’s Journey with Agarwood
Owen Luo is not only the founder of AGARLIFE but also an explorer of agarwood culture. With years of experience in international trade, he witnessed the rise and fall of brands but, upon reflecting on his homeland, discovered that Chinese agarwood was gradually fading from the public eye. Driven by the mission to make the world see Chinese agarwood, he ventured into the core production areas, conversing with artisans who have safeguarded this craft for generations. Immersed in the intricate art of traditional cultivation and processing, he was moved by the artisans’ unwavering passion and love for tradition. This inspired him to bring this cultural treasure to the world. Furthermore, he has promoted trade cooperation between China and the Middle East, providing efficient logistics support through his logistics company and collaborating with local governments to create “Cross-Border E-commerce Incubation Parks” to help more people go global.
